Nana was visiting us in New York City, and she taught me how to cook potato chips with rosemary on top! The were super fantastic.
First we had to slice the potatoes into thin little strips. Then we spread olive oil all over the trays, put the potato slices down, and painted the potatoes with more olive oil. Then we sprinkled fresh rosemary and sea salt on top. Then into the oven...
Best part: Sprinkling the rosemary made it really fancy.
Worse part: We got our hands all oily... even though that was kind of fun too.
